Preparation method
1. High temperature method: Mix nickel powder and high-purity carbon powder in a 3:1 molar ratio, and react at a constant temperature of 1000-1200 ℃ for 3-5 hours under an inert atmosphere (argon). After cooling, grind and purify.
2. Gas deposition method: Nickel salt precursor is mixed with carbon source gas (methane/acetylene), and high-temperature gas deposition is carried out on the substrate surface to prepare NiC thin films/powders at controlled temperature.
